Key Responsibilities

As a Jr Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with prospects and clients to understand their business goals and challenges.

• Conducting requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Creating UML diagrams to represent system workflows and proposed solutions.

• Preparing documents such as:

  • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

  • Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)

  • User stories

  • Product roadmaps

  • Wireframes

• Developing and presenting business proposals to potential clients.

• Acting as a Product Owner to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.

• Conducting quality checks to ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.

Required Skills & Experience

To qualify for this role, candidates should have:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.

• Experience working on Mobile App Development projects.

• Strong knowledge of UML diagrams, wireframes, and requirement documentation.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of application development technologies, databases, cloud infrastructure, testing processes, and digital marketing concepts.

• Ability to propose innovative ideas and help clients conceptualize new solutions (preferred).
