This role plays a critical part in KGK’s digital transformation journey, helping translate business requirements into scalable systems while improving operational efficiency and enabling data-driven decisions.


Role Overview – Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, design workflows, manage CRM configurations, and support system implementations across multiple regions.

The role also involves working with sales teams across India, Dubai, USA, and Antwerp, ensuring smooth coordination, process standardization, and training across time zones.

Key Responsibilities – Business Analyst

1. Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand functional, operational, and technical requirements.

  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.

  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, workflows, user stories, and use cases.

  • Identify system gaps and recommend improvements.


2. CRM & Platform Ownership

  • Manage and configure Zoho CRM modules and automation workflows.

  • Coordinate with developers for custom widgets and integrations.

  • Act as a functional bridge between business teams and developers.

  • Manage sandbox testing and production deployment.

  • Provide CRM support for sales and operations teams.


3. RFQ / RFP & Feature Management

  • Prepare and manage RFQs (Request for Quotations) and RFPs (Request for Proposals).

  • Evaluate technology solutions based on business and technical requirements.

  • Coordinate with vendors during implementation and post-launch phases.


4. Implementation & Delivery Support

  • Support end-to-end system implementation.

  • Assist with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment.

  • Track issues, risks, and dependencies during implementation.

  • Provide post-go-live support to ensure user adoption.


5. Documentation & Process Design

  • Create and maintain documentation such as:

    • BRDs

    • FRDs

    • SOPs

    • Process workflows

    • System documentation

  • Ensure documentation is structured, version-controlled, and audit-ready.


6. Dashboards, Analytics & AI Enablement

  • Build dashboards for:

    • Sales performance

    • Pipeline tracking

    • Deal aging

    • Regional performance

  • Work with analytics teams to define KPIs and metrics.

  • Support AI-driven analytics and auditing initiatives.

  • Conduct data quality audits including duplicate management and data validation.


7. Stakeholder & Cross-Regional Coordination

  • Collaborate with teams across India, Dubai, and Antwerp.

  • Align business and technology teams on project goals.

  • Conduct user training sessions and create reference guides.


8. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.

  • Recommend technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency.

  • Support change management and adoption of new systems.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have

  • Knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting.

  • Experience with API integrations and middleware.

  • Exposure to AI-based analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience in diamond, jewelry, trading, or manufacturing industries.
