Job Description

Droisys is hiring Data Analysts to collect, analyse and interpret data to support business decisions. The role involves working with datasets, preparing reports and dashboards, performing data validation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with a background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and organise data from various sources.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Prepare data summaries and presentations for stakeholders and management.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Provide timely and accurate analytical reports to business teams.
• Write basic SQL queries to retrieve, update and manage data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Support automation of recurring reports and data collection processes.
• Document data definitions, methodologies and analysis procedures.
• Stay updated with data analytics tools, industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools.
• Understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in data analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
