Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, manage, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Perform statistical analysis to generate actionable business insights.
• Identify trends and patterns to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports on key business and performance metrics.
• Build dashboards, charts, and visualizations using data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and other teams on data-driven solutions.
• Monitor the performance of data-driven initiatives and recommend improvements.
• Apply advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques where required.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accessibility, accuracy, and security.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support urgent business and strategic requirements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience managing or contributing to analytics projects.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of the travel industry and its key data sources and metrics is an advantage.
