The Role: Strategic Leadership & End-to-End Excellence

As an AI Technical Architect, you are the bridge between complex business needs and engineering excellence. You will define the technology stack, guide technical teams through complex implementations, and ensure every solution is production-ready.

Essential Functions:

  • Architectural Vision: Define and design the architecture of AI solutions, ensuring they account for both technical constraints (performance, availability) and business goals.

  • Technology Selection: Independently select appropriate cloud- or platform-agnostic technology stacks for global-scale implementations.

  • POC to Production: Build prototypes to validate architectural decisions and lead the implementation roadmap through the entire SDLC.

  • Agentic AI & LLMs: Lead the implementation of advanced LLM techniques including RAG, Agentic AI, hybrid search, and LLM evaluation metrics.

  • Team Mentorship: Establish engineering best practices and mentor senior engineers and tech leads to foster a culture of excellence.

  • Stakeholder Bridge: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment across the organisation.

  • Innovation Management: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, integrating emerging technologies while maintaining operational stability.

 Your Technical & Leadership Success Profile

We are looking for a seasoned leader who has spent a decade building production-grade systems and understands the nuances of modern MLOps.

  • Experience: 10+ years developing production-grade AI/ML and Data Engineering systems.

  • Core Technical Stack:

    • Programming: Expert-level Python and its ecosystem for web and AI.

    • LLM Expertise: Deep knowledge of open/closed-source models, advanced prompt engineering, guardrails, and observability.

    • Cloud & MLOps: Strong expertise with GCP (Vertex AI), AWS, or Azure, including CI/CD and monitoring.

  • End-to-End Capability: Practical experience spanning frontend, backend, data engineering, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge in one or more industries: Finance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Retail.

  • Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch and Huggingface(NLP/Computer Vision).
