The Role: Architectural Leadership & Implementation

You will be responsible for the entire implementation lifecycle, from evaluating business needs to driving architectural enhancements that improve system resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Lambda.

• Technical Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-level technical design documents and specifications.

• Requirement Analysis: Translate vague business needs into precise, actionable technical requirements with strong analytical rigor.

• Architectural Improvement: Proactively identify and drive system improvements based on business shifts and evolving architectural standards.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality code through rigorous testing and proactive maintenance.

• Collaboration: Act as a technical consultant for both business stakeholders and engineering teams.

 Your Technical Success Profile

We are looking for a consultant who combines deep coding proficiency with a consultant’s mindset for analysis.

• Experience: 7–10 years of professional software development experience.

• Mandatory Skills:

  • Core Tech: Mastery of .NET, C#, and ASP.NET.

  • Serverless & Data: Proficient in Lambda, SQL, and JavaScript.

  • Analytical Depth: 3+ years specifically in Requirement Analysis.

  • OOP Fundamentals: A rock-solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.

• Preferred/Deal Breakers:

  • NetApp Familiarity: Practical experience with NetApp is highly preferred.

  • Finance Domain: Previous experience in the financial sector is a significant advantage.

• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO).

• Work Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM (Shift supporting global time zones).
