Job Overview

Tarento Group is hiring a Data Analyst to analyze usage, quality, and performance data across its language services. The role involves turning raw data into actionable insights that support product improvements and model performance decisions.

The selected candidate will work with large, multilingual datasets, build dashboards and reports, conduct exploratory data analysis, and collaborate with ML and engineering teams to identify data quality issues and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering platform usage, model accuracy, and data quality trends.
• Develop clear visualizations to communicate analytical findings.
• Monitor key performance and data quality metrics.

Exploratory Data Analysis

• Perform exploratory data analysis on large and multilingual datasets.
• Identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and data quality issues.
• Analyze datasets to uncover opportunities for product and model improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Machine Learning and Engineering teams to identify data gaps.
• Investigate data quality challenges and recommend improvements.
• Support technical teams with analytical insights and data-driven recommendations.

Stakeholder Reporting

• Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights.
• Prepare recommendations for product and leadership stakeholders.
• Communicate analytical results effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Quality & Documentation

• Maintain documentation for key datasets.
• Implement and maintain validation checks.
• Support data quality standards and ensure consistency across important datasets.

Technical Requirements

• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Python data analytics libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working with large-scale, unstructured, or multilingual datasets.
