Role Overview
Springer Capital is seeking an aspiring Data Analyst Intern for a 3-month remote internship program.
In this role, you will apply data analytics, statistical modelling, and machine learning principles to support real estate investment research, operational performance reviews, and financial modelling. Working with cross-border investment leads, you will extract, transform, and analyse datasets using SQL and Python, building executive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to turn market data into strategic investment insights.
Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Extraction: Write and optimize SQL queries and Python/R scripts to extract, clean, feature-engineer, and structure complex datasets.

Dashboarding & Visual Analytics: Build, maintain, and automate executive dashboards and operational reports using MS Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Investment & Market Research: Perform quantitative analysis and trend forecasting to evaluate real estate asset performance, cash flow optimization, and investment risk profiles.

Machine Learning & A/B Testing: Assist senior analysts in preparing data pipelines, training ML models, and analyzing experimental A/B testing frameworks for business process optimization.

Documentation & Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, metric definitions, and presentations explaining analytical methodologies, insights, and investment recommendations.
