Role Overview
Blinkit is recruiting a Remote Data Analyst Intern based in or working from Nizamabad, Telangana for a 6-month mentor-led internship program.
This fully remote internship pairs candidates directly with a named mentor and integrates them into daily analytics stand-ups and reviews. Interns will tackle live, production-facing quick-commerce problems using SQL, Python (Pandas), Power BI, and Excel, building operational reporting packs and dashboards relied upon by product, engineering, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities

Production Analytics & SQL: Query, clean, and analyze high-velocity transaction and fulfillment data using SQL.

Dashboarding & BI Reporting: Design, deploy, and maintain automated dashboards and executive reporting decks using Power BI and MS Excel.

Python Data Wrangling: Perform data cleaning, feature manipulation, and descriptive statistical analysis with Python (Pandas).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate quick-commerce metrics into actionable operational recommendations.

Agile Execution & Reviews: Participate in daily team stand-ups, adhere to testing and documentation standards, and iterate on deliverables based on senior mentor feedback.
Eligibility & Candidate Requirements
Target Academic Streams

Degrees: B.E. / B.Tech, B.Sc / M.Sc (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science), BCA / MCA, B.Com, or BBA / MBA.

Graduating Batches: 2025, 2026, or 2027 batch students and recent graduates.

Academic Threshold: 60% / 6.0 CGPA and above preferred (strong practical projects, portfolio, or GitHub work weighed alongside marks).
Skill Requirements

Technical Stack: Fundamental understanding of SQL, MS Excel, Power BI, and Python (Pandas).

Data Concepts: Understanding of data wrangling, data visualization, descriptive statistics, and dashboard design principles.

Soft Skills: Clear written English communication, self-testing discipline, and problem-solving curiosity.

Equipment & Location: Must possess a personal laptop with a stable internet connection and be based in or willing to work remotely from Nizamabad, Telangana.
