Business Analyst Intern – MediNex Workforce

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Assist in capturing business requirements, documenting user stories, and maintaining organized project documentation.
• Process Mapping & Flowcharts: Map current and future-state business workflows, identifying process bottlenecks, operational gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Data Analysis & MIS Reporting: Analyze operational and business data using MS Excel (PivotTables, lookup functions) and basic SQL to support business reviews.
• Dashboarding & Presentations: Assist in building visual reports, KPI dashboards (Power BI), and presentation decks for cross-functional leadership.
• Project Tracking: Support project managers with action-item follow-ups, business research, and case-study documentation.

Eligibility & Candidate Profile

• Target Audience: Freshers and recent graduates from Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Core Competencies:
  • Fundamental understanding of business analysis and reporting concepts.
  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, basic data analysis).
  • Familiarity with SQL and database query concepts is an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
