💼 Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented.

This position requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between teams and delivering high-quality project outcomes.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
  • Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and process flows
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including:
    • Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
    • Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
    • Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact analysis
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions
  • Support the Agile/Scrum development process
  • Assist QA teams during testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Track project progress and resolve requirement-related issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization

🧠 Required Skills

To qualify for this Business Analyst job in Bengaluru, candidates should have:
