Job Overview

This role combines business analysis responsibilities with SharePoint development and administration, making it ideal for professionals who want to work across both domains. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyse requirements, and build solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Create workflow diagrams, process maps, and system documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
• Prepare key documents such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement insights.

SharePoint Development & Administration

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and On-Premise solutions.
• Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Build applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI dashboards
• Manage user permissions, governance, and security policies.
• Implement document management and collaboration systems.
• Configure metadata, content types, and forms in SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
• Ensure system performance and compliance with best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies.
