Job Role Overview

Syndigo is currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst (Remote) to join its growing data operations team supporting clients in the Bengaluru region. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals (0–2 years of experience) to gain practical exposure in data analytics, API integrations, and e-commerce data workflows.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling product data, configuring systems, mapping information across platforms, and ensuring data accuracy throughout the syndication process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute product data syndication processes using internal tools.
  • Review and understand the eCommerce platform requirements and technical documentation.
  • Configure customer environments, including accounts and endpoint setups.
  • Perform data mapping and transformation between Syndigo systems and external platforms.
  • Ensure consistency between product attributes, categories, and taxonomy structures.
  • Conduct validation checks to maintain high levels of data accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify issues in data mapping or system integration and resolve them efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to address technical challenges.
  • Monitor system feedback and maintain accurate data within the PIM platform.
  • Provide first-level and second-level support through ticketing systems and communication channels.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of data analytics, data mapping, and transformation processes.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and system connectivity concepts.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms or integration tools is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and product data structures is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Engineering.
  • Additional certifications in data analytics, API management, or integration tools will be a plus.
  • Candidates with relevant hands-on project experience will also be considered.

Work Schedule

Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including:

  • 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
