📊 Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights, and enabling smarter business decisions.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to support data-driven product improvements and AI initiatives.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets (product, marketing, user behaviour).

  • Build and maintain dashboards & automated reports.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

  • Support A/B testing, cohort analysis & funnel analysis.

  • Improve data pipelines in collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Deliver actionable insights to improve retention and job-matching outcomes.

  • Support AI/ML model evaluation (basic exposure is sufficient).

✅ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

  • Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

  • Knowledge of Python/R (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate data into clear business insights.

⭐ Good to Have

  • Startup experience.

  • Understanding of marketplace metrics or HR-tech/job-tech analytics.

  • Exposure to statistics and experimentation frameworks.
