Job Overview

Infineon is seeking a highly experienced Staff Specialist Business Analyst to join its Digitalization team within the Power & Sensor Systems (PSS) Division in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for professionals with strong digital transformation experience who are passionate about driving AI-powered solutions and optimizing semiconductor business processes.

As one of the early members of this expanding digital team in India, you will contribute to shaping future-state business architectures, implementing enterprise digital solutions, and mentoring emerging talent.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis & Design

  • Analyse existing semiconductor engineering and operational processes.

  • Define optimized future-state workflows aligned with enterprise strategy.

  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.

Digital & AI Solution Implementation

  • Lead digitalization use cases from concept to deployment.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement AI-powered solutions.

  • Ensure project delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Apply Agile methodologies using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and milestones to leadership and sponsors.

Solution Ownership & Governance

  • Own solution roadmaps and application lifecycles.

  • Drive governance frameworks and change management initiatives.

  • Monitor adoption and ensure sustainable process improvements.

Continuous Innovation

  • Identify opportunities for operational excellence and digital enhancement.

  • Proactively recommend tools and technologies to improve customer experience and business efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or corporate digital transformation roles.

  • Foundational understanding of semiconductor engineering processes and operations.

  • Strong capability in requirement analysis for Data Engineering and Software Engineering initiatives.

  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).

  • Mandatory experience in mock-up development using Figma.

  • Added advantage: Data visualization (Tableau) and Low-Code platforms (e.g., OutSystems).

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
