📌 End-to-End Requirements Analysis

Lead requirement gathering and analysis activities for Life3 policy administration system enhancements, operational improvements, and regulatory updates.

📌 Documentation & Functional Specifications

Prepare user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, data mappings, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and integration documents.

📌 Mainframe System Analysis

Analyse mainframe screens, COBOL programs, copybooks, JCL processes, premium calculations, and batch processing behaviours.

📌 Impact Assessment

Conduct impact analysis across multiple connected enterprise systems and identify dependencies and integration risks.

📌 Stakeholder Collaboration

Coordinate with business users, technical teams, actuarial stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth requirement delivery and implementation.

📌 Requirement Workshops

Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and solution discussions with cross-functional teams.

💻 Mainframe Business Analysis

Strong experience working as a technical Mainframe Business Analyst in Insurance or Financial Services organizations.
