Key Responsibilities

Business Process Analysis

Data Analysis
Analyse client data and business flows to identify key business insights and functional requirements.
Documentation & Communication
Prepare business documents, reports, diagrams, and process flows for internal and external teams.
Collaboration with Technical Teams
Work closely with architects and developers to support solution design and implementation.
Client Presentation
Present business requirements and proposed solutions to customers and stakeholders.
QA & Product Support
Participate in product testing and quality assurance activities before client delivery.
Process Improvement
