The Role: Corporate Communications Manager

You will develop and execute integrated communication programs that align with company strategy. This role requires a balance of strategic counseling for internal clients and hands-on management of digital communication channels.

Major Tasks & Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Messaging: Develop proactive communications initiatives that align field and functional areas with overarching corporate goals.

• Executive Partnership: Counsel internal business clients and senior leadership on effective communication strategies and tactics.

• Internal Channel Management: Drive engagement through enterprise-wide channels, including SharePoint, MS Teams, Viva Engage, and digital signage.

• Event Strategy: Lead key messaging and collaboration for large-scale corporate events and strategic initiatives.

• Resource Development: Partner with stakeholders to create supplemental resources that empower associates and maintain brand consistency.

• Team Leadership: Manage a group of professional individual contributors, fostering a track record of professional development and excellence.

Preferred Qualifications & Expertise:

• Enterprise Experience: 7+ years in corporate communications within a large, complex organization.

• Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with platforms like Staffbase (or similar email marketing tools), SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 suites.

• Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to manage and develop a team of communications professionals.

• PR & Media Relations: Experience in external public relations and managing media interactions is a strong plus.

• Organizational Agility: Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently while adapting to a rapidly changing tech landscape.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Education: BS/BA in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline. An Advanced Degree is preferred.

• General Experience: Typically requires 7+ years of professional experience in a related field.
