This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong domain expertise in NBFC operations, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and HRIS platforms, who are available to join immediately.

This role is highly business-critical and involves working closely with stakeholders, development teams, and process owners to analyse business needs, design system solutions, and ensure smooth implementation across the loan lifecycle, including origination, servicing, collections, and management.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Business Analyst at SRS Consulting Inc, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing, analysing, and evaluating business systems, processes, and user requirements

• Gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements across the Loan Life Cycle (Origination, Management, Servicing, and Collection)

• Translating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) into Functional Specification Documents (FSD)

• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, designers, developers, and project managers

• Conducting requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and GAP analysis (AS-IS vs TO-BE)

• Reviewing manual operational processes and converting them into automated system workflows

• Designing process flows, wireframes, dashboard visuals, and business reports

• Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation, including:

  • Functional Specifications

  • User Manuals

  • UAT & SIT Test Cases

• Supporting application architecture discussions and solution design decisions

• Performing Impact Analysis for system enhancements and change requests

• Conducting functional testing, UAT coordination, and validation sessions

• Ensuring stakeholder sign-off on deliverables

• Preparing weekly status reports, project updates, and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in an NBFC or financial services environment

• Strong understanding of:

  • Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

  • Loan Management Systems (LMS)

  • CRM platforms

  • HRMS / HRIS systems

• Proven experience in the Loan Origination and Loan Management domains

• Hands-on exposure to requirement documentation, stakeholder management, and system analysis

Technical Skill Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess solid technical and functional knowledge, including:

• Good understanding of .NET-based applications

• Working knowledge of AngularJS

• Strong experience with MS SQL Server and SQL querying

• Familiarity with API integrations and Postman testing

• Experience with change management tools

• Ability to collaborate effectively with development and QA teams

Additional Requirements (Mandatory)

• 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems

• 2+ years of experience in Loan Origination

• 2+ years of experience with the .NET Framework
