Role Overview

Skillzenloop is recruiting a Remote Computer Science Engineer Intern for a 1-to-3 month full-time virtual internship offering a stipend of ₹16,500 per month.
Designed specifically for entry-level computer science candidates and freshers, this role bridges academic theory and core engineering practice. Interns will work across the software development lifecycle: writing and refactoring code, manipulating data structures and algorithms, designing database schemas and SQL queries, building basic REST API connections, and maintaining source control via Git and GitHub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Development & Coding: Write, test, and modify code features based on project specifications using Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Database & SQL Management: Construct, optimize, and execute SQL queries for database operations across MySQL or PostgreSQL systems.
  • Data Structures & Problem Solving: Apply core data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts to solve practical technical issues.
  • API Integration & Web Components: Assist in developing REST APIs and integrating web components for smooth data exchange between systems.
  • Bug Tracking & Debugging: Investigate software anomalies, execute feature testing, troubleshoot code errors, and implement fixes.
  • Version Control & Documentation: Maintain clean codebases using Git and GitHub, write clear technical documentation, and collaborate asynchronously with the engineering team.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

  • Degrees: B.E. / B.Tech, BCA / MCA, B.Sc Computer Science, IT, or related technical disciplines.
  • Batch Eligibility: Freshers, recent graduates, and final-year students seeking hands-on exposure to software engineering.

Skill Requirements
