As a Data Analyst (AI Trainer), you will serve as the human intelligence engine behind advanced model accuracy. Your daily workflows will go beyond basic spreadsheet entry; you will focus on data profiling, creating precision training data, verifying model outputs for logical consistency, and evaluating natural language processing strings. By analysing statistical anomalies and evaluating data quality metrics, you will ensure the underlying datasets used for training are reliable, safe, and highly accurate.

Key Responsibilities & AI Data Workflows

  • Training Dataset Curating: Create, format, and structure high-quality ground-truth training datasets to support multi-modal AI model development.

  • Data Cleansing & Sanitisation: Review, clean, and profile raw unstructured data strings to eliminate bias, noise, and logical errors.

  • Model Output Validation: Audit and validate text, code, or statistical outputs generated by AI models against strict accuracy guidelines, identifying structural errors.

  • Pattern Recognition & Profiling: Analyse complex data distributions to locate behavioural patterns, edge cases, and semantic anomalies.

  • NLP Quality Assurance: Review, evaluate, and tune dataset syntax for Natural Language Processing (NLP) models to maximise contextual understanding.

  • Analytical Metric Documentation: Generate actionable data quality summaries, highlighting accuracy blockages and recommending pipeline improvements to engineering squads.

  • Performance Reliability Tracking: Collaborate with machine learning engineers to test and refine inputs, directly helping to boost model precision, recall, and reliability.

Candidate Prerequisites & Key Technical Skills

Required Experience & Educational Baseline:
