Role Overview

Accenture in India is hiring a Data Science Practitioner to join its Bengaluru delivery capabilities.
This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI/ML-driven decision frameworks to solve enterprise business challenges. While the core product relies on Deep Learning models, the team is expanding into Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance feature extraction, multi-modal data matching, and advanced predictive modelling across high-volume datasets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep Learning & LLM Feature Engineering: Build and fine-tune deep learning architectures and LLMs to extract high-dimensional feature representations for complex matching algorithms.
  • Large-Scale Data Processing: Leverage PySpark and Databricks on Microsoft Azure to process, clean, and engineer features from enterprise-scale datasets.
  • End-to-End Model Lifecycle: Design, train, validate, and continuously monitor production ML models to ensure long-term predictive accuracy, low drift, and business value alignment.
  • Business Visualization & Storytelling: Translate model outputs into actionable business dashboards and interactive executive reports using Power BI.
  • Subject Matter Expertise & Leadership: Operate independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams, and mentor junior data science team members.

Technical & Professional Skill Requirements

  • Primary Technical Stack:
    • Core Languages & Frameworks: Python, R, Deep Learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow), PySpark.
    • Cloud & Big Data Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Databricks.
    • Generative AI & NLP: LLM orchestration, feature extraction, representation learning, and text matching.
    • BI & Analytics: Power BI dashboard creation and metric reporting.
  • Methodological Skills:
    • Advanced machine learning algorithms, deep neural network architectures, and statistical modeling.
    • Robust feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation protocols.
    • Production monitoring, reproducibility documentation, and MLOps principles.
