About the Role
Wipro is hiring a GCP DevOps professional for its Hyderabad team. The role focuses on data engineering, data analysis, reporting, visualization, automation, and delivering data-driven insights that can support business and client decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience along with strong expertise in GCP Data Engineering, data management, data analysis, automation, dashboards, and business intelligence.
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to interpret data and transform it into meaningful information through reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations, and business insights that can help organizations improve processes and make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Project Management
- Manage the technical scope of projects in line with requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather information from data warehouses, databases, data integration systems, and data models.
- Analyze data to identify meaningful patterns and trends.
- Develop record management processes and policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders at different levels.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant data-driven solutions.
- Provide sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automate processes.
- Set up and maintain automated data processes.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing.
- Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand data requirements and content.
- Design and conduct surveys and analyze survey data according to customer requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to clients’ businesses.
- Prepare analytical reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics tools.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance.
- Perform sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Mine and analyze large datasets to identify meaningful insights.
- Draw valid conclusions from data and effectively present findings to management.
- Develop predictive models based on business requirements.
- Share actionable insights with clients to support business decisions.
