In this mission-critical role, you will drive strategic sourcing, manage Tier-1 supplier relationships, and build resilient capacity plans for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM).  About the Role: Securing the AI Supply Chain

You will be responsible for the end-to-end HBM procurement strategy, ensuring Broadcom remains a leader in cost, performance, and supply security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Roadmaps: Own the HBM/DRAM supplier strategy and negotiate multi-year supply agreements, pricing, and capacity commitments.

  • Capacity Management: Partner with Business Units to forecast demand and proactively manage supply allocation risks in tight market environments.

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Lead Tier-1 memory supplier performance reviews focusing on quality,yield, and on-time delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Support Finance in budgeting, and work with NPI (New Product Introduction) and Engineering to align HBM business needs.

  • Risk Mitigation: Anticipate complex supply chain issues and create innovative solutions to balance cost constraints with high-quality requirements.


 Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a semiconductor industry veteran with deep roots in memory manufacturing and logistics.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.

  • Experience: 8+ years in the Semiconductor industry with a focus on sourcing and external supplier management.

  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of semiconductor/memory manufacturing processes and data-driven decision-making.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to lead in fast-moving environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain.

  • Industry Insight: Experience at a memory company with a grasp of AI Supply Chain constraints.

  • Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of ATE (Automated Test Equipment) and DFT (Design For Test).

  • Salary Range: $81,000 – $130,000 (plus discretionary annual bonus and equity).
