About the Role

EXL is hiring a Data Analyst in Gurugram, Haryana, to build and maintain business intelligence (BI) and analytics solutions. The role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and SQL-based data solutions.

The selected candidate will work in a client-facing capacity, supporting end-to-end BI development and stakeholder consultation, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Power BI, SQL, digital marketing analytics, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain BI and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights, reports, and interactive dashboards.
• Develop clear, user-friendly Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Use SQL to extract, query, analyze, and manage data for reporting and analytics.
• Support end-to-end business intelligence development, from data analysis to dashboard delivery.
• Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements and reporting needs.
• Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Analyze business and digital marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.
• Maintain accurate, consistent, and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards.
