Role Overview
VMock is looking for a Data Analyst / Client Analytics Associate who will work closely with account managers and clients to enhance user experience and deliver data-driven insights. This role involves handling dashboards, analyzing user data, and supporting client reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Client & User Support
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements
- Address user queries and improve overall product experience
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare data reports and presentations for clients
- Track key account metrics and generate insights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards
Insights & Process Improvement
- Analyze data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Share insights with teams to enhance product and processes
- Support decision-making with data-backed recommendations
Requirements
Education
- Undergraduate degree in Management, Commerce, or Arts (preferred: University of Delhi)
Skills Required
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Good business understanding and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Work Environment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with global (US-based) clients
- High level of initiative and ownership
