About Role
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s curious about numbers, loves turning raw data into actionable insights, and wants to make a real impact on business decisions. If you enjoy digging into datasets and telling stories with data, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Present findings in a clear, actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to Have
- Experience with statistical analysis or A/B testing
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)
