🎯 Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

• Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure requirements clearly reflect business goals and user needs.

• Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Planning & Strategic Contribution

• Conduct market research, user research, and process analysis.

• Define what needs to be built and recommend optimal solutions.

• Prioritize requirements based on business value and feasibility.

• Support continuous improvement in products and processes.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams.
