Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university

  • Should be computer literate

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet usage, and typing in the local language is mandatory

Experience & Other Requirements

Candidates must satisfy any one of the following conditions:

  • Retired / VRS opted Bank Officials (Scale I & above) from Nationalized Banks, SBI, or RRBs
    OR

  • Ex-Servicemen or non-bank employees (such as Government School Teachers) with:

    • Sound banking knowledge

    • Knowledge of financial services

    • Relevant IIBF certification

Additional Conditions:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an Officer or permanent employee

  • Must have an unblemished service record

  • Should be a resident of the same state, preferably the same or nearby district

  • Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential

Age Limit

  • Candidate must be above 45 years and below 65 years

  • Should be in good health

Salary / Remuneration

  • Maximum Rs. 25,000 per month

  • Additional Rs. 1,000 per month towards Mobile, Conveyance, etc.

Important Note:

  • Retired pensioner bank officials will receive remuneration based on:

    Last pay & allowances drawn minus pension (before commutation) or Rs. 25,000 (whichever is lower)

  • Non-pensioners will receive a fixed Rs. 25,000 + Rs. 1,000

  • No other allowances, benefits, or reimbursements will be provided

  • Selection will be conducted through a Personal Interview

  • The final decision will be made by Central Bank of India
