LeadingEdge HR Solutions is hiring a Data & Analytics Specialist for a client opportunity. This role is suited to professionals who can turn complex datasets into actionable business insights, develop effective reporting solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand analytical needs and reporting requirements.
• Create data visualizations and performance reports to communicate findings.
• Support business strategies through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Practical experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

Additional Advantage: Knowledge of Python.
