About the Company

Time Hack Consulting is hiring for a hands-on Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer role supporting a high-growth fintech platform. The position works across credit data, customer behavior, campaign analytics, and financial and health-product initiatives.

The role offers an opportunity to work on data-driven systems that support automated underwriting, customer targeting, eligibility engines, and product-mapping decisions.

Job Overview

The Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer will turn raw and often unstructured data into practical scripts, business rules, analytical models, and evaluation frameworks.

This is a build-from-scratch role where the candidate will work extensively with Python, SQL, credit bureau data, CRM data, communication logs, and campaign analytics, rather than relying primarily on pre-built dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Bureau Data Analysis

  • Analyze raw credit bureau data, including credit scores, tradeline histories, account classifications, and enquiry velocity.
  • Develop risk segmentations and scoring rules.
  • Support the creation of lending eligibility logic.

Rule Engine & Tool Development

  • Build and maintain client-side eligibility frameworks.
  • Develop Business Rule Engine (BRE) frameworks.
  • Convert partner credit policies into testable code and decision rules.

Campaign & Funnel Analytics

  • Analyze WhatsApp, voice, call-center, and CDR communication data.
  • Identify high-fit borrower segments and conversion drivers.
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points.

Signal-to-Trigger Mapping

  • Develop analytical triggers connecting changes in credit behavior with relevant health and financial protection offerings.
  • Support product and customer targeting decisions using data-driven signals.

Data Pipelines & Experimentation

  • Develop repeatable Python and SQL workflows.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Perform cohort tracking and performance analysis.
  • Prepare data for executive performance reviews.

Data Hygiene & Structuring

  • Ingest, clean, and standardize large-scale CRM files, call logs, and credit bureau extracts.
  • Structure datasets for use by product, growth, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across analytical workflows.

Candidate Profile

  • 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
  • Internships are included in the experience range.

  • Familiarity with cohort analysis and performance metrics.

  • Strong interest in credit bureau data and digital lending.
  • Curiosity about fintech and insurtech applications.
  • Interest in underwriting logic and data-driven financial products.

Execution & Communication

  • Comfortable working with messy and unstructured datasets.
