Job Description

eyewa is hiring a Pigment Systems Analyst – FP&A for a fully remote opportunity. The role is focused on building, managing, and optimizing planning systems that support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with FP&A, Controllership, Data Engineering, and Business Technology teams to transform complex finance requirements into scalable, reliable, and user-friendly planning applications.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Pigment, Anaplan, or enterprise planning platforms, along with strong SQL, Excel, financial modeling, and data integration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the development and day-to-day administration of Pigment applications.
• Configure dimensions, metrics, formulas, scenarios, versions, and user access.
• Partner with Finance and commercial teams to develop scalable budgeting, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Build and optimize formulas and troubleshoot calculation and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain data flows from ERP systems, data warehouses, and other data sources.
• Implement data validation checks to ensure accurate and reliable data loads.
• Create dashboards, reports, and views that help stakeholders understand financial and business performance.
• Identify manual processes and automate them within the planning platform.
• Support continuous improvements to financial planning and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with technical and finance stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on model-building experience with Pigment, Anaplan, or a comparable enterprise planning platform.
• Practical Pigment build and administration experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of model design, formulas, views, dashboards, scenarios, permissions, and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience with data integration or ETL tools.
• Exposure to APIs or scripting for automation.
• Python knowledge is preferred.
• Understanding of financial statements, P&L, cost centre structures, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Professional fluency in English.
