About the Role

Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Senior Content Analyst – DecodeRx Product Content Mapping to support the accuracy, consistency, and scalability of its payer and provider intelligence assets.

This role combines healthcare and market-access domain knowledge with data analytics, content research, data governance, and mapping expertise. The selected candidate will map payer, plan, HCP, and provider records into governed data structures while researching and validating information from multiple sources.

The role also involves working with Product, Engineering, Content, Delivery, and Client Success teams to resolve data exceptions, improve data quality, and support AI/ML-assisted mapping processes with appropriate human oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Map payer, plan, HCP, and provider records into governed DecodeRx hierarchies.
• Reconcile inconsistent names, identifiers, and organizational structures across multiple data sources.
• Conduct online and source-based research to validate and enrich records.
• Research plan types, parent organizations, controllers, PBM relationships, and provider affiliations.
• Assign confidence ratings and document mapping rationale.
• Prepare reviewer-ready outputs and conduct quality checks on junior analyst mappings.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues and exceptions.
• Define and maintain data quality standards with internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor data integrity across multiple systems and applications.
• Perform data profiling and analysis to identify quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Develop data quality dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Work with Operations teams to integrate data management processes into development and delivery workflows.
• Train team members and end users on data mapping and management best practices.
• Support data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Participate in data governance initiatives and collaborate with data stewards.
• Gather feedback from internal users and clients and translate requirements into data product improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in payer analytics, formulary or claims data management, content mapping, data governance, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of formulary data, patient claims data, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data governance.
• Familiarity with payer mapping and HCP/provider mapping.
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and database management systems.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), data profiling, and data analysis tools.
• At least 2 years of combined work experience involving United States healthcare data.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for analysis, reporting, and dashboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Reltio, Informatica, or other Master Data Management platforms.
• Familiarity with Snowflake.
• Experience working with healthcare, payer, provider, claims, or pharmaceutical datasets.
• Exposure to AI/ML-assisted data mapping or content enrichment workflows.
