Key Responsibilities

Data Warehouse Modeling: Design, build, and optimize scalable data models using 3NF, Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake), and Data Vault methodology.
ELT/ETL Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain batch and real-time streaming data ingestion pipelines using dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, and AWS Kinesis/Firehose.
Master Data Management (Customer 360): Implement MDM frameworks to unify multi-channel customer interactions into a centralized 360-degree view.
Warehouse Performance Tuning: Optimize complex SQL queries and data warehouse configurations (Snowflake / BigQuery) for downstream BI tools like Looker and Apache Superset.
Data Fitness & Governance: Maintain data health, data lineage, stability, and observability standards across the entire enterprise data lifecycle.
Automation & Integrations: Develop automated data transfer workflows and integrate third-party tools via modern AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on data engineering experience building cloud data architectures.
Languages & Querying: Strong expertise in Python programming and writing/optimizing complex SQL queries.
Cloud Data Warehousing: Practical experience managing enterprise data warehouses such as Snowflake or Google BigQuery.
Modern Data Stack: Proficiency with ETL/ELT orchestration tools like dbt, Apache Airflow, Airbyte, or AWS Firehose.
Data Modeling: Solid foundation in 3NF, Dimensional Modeling, and Data Vault architecture patterns.
Software Engineering Practices: Hands-on experience with unit testing, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Working experience within the AWS Cloud ecosystem.
Exposure to business intelligence and visualization tools like Looker or Apache Superset.
Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
