Technical Scope & Qualification Workflow

The intern will work with the Enterprise Test Engineering team on Automated Test Equipment (ATE), developing software tools to optimise test development, debug workflows, and silicon characterisation for next-generation AMD EPYC/server microprocessors:

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Automation Development: Build software and scripting tools (C++, Python, Perl) to accelerate test program development, automated data logging, and debug efficiency on ATE platforms.

  • Silicon Qualification & Characterization: Execute qualification routines for server microprocessors, analyzing parametric test data, validating rejected units, and generating yield reports.

  • Test Program Checkout & Correlation: Perform checkout and correlation across test hardware to verify signal integrity and repeatability between ATE platforms and reference boards.

  • Test Module Support: Assist primary test module owners with minor test program code modifications, experimental test runs, and corner-case silicon evaluations.

Candidate Qualifications & Skill Profile

Academic Credentials

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

  • Must be a student enrolled in a university based in Singapore.

Technical & Professional Competencies
