About the Role: Campaign & Data Operations Intern

PREPCA is actively seeking a detail-driven, analytically sharp Campaign & Data Operations Intern (Data Analyst Track) to join its primary operations team. This is a 6-month, full-time, Work From Office (WFO) internship located at PREPCA’s corporate campus at the Innov8 Galaxy Ambrosia in Baner, Pune.

This role is specifically engineered for fresh graduates and active university students looking to secure deep, hands-on corporate exposure in business intelligence and educational database management. Working as a core analytical support unit, your daily focus will revolve around ingesting raw multi-channel campaign data, cleaning student transaction registries, and building responsive tracking dashboards. This positions you directly on a strategic corporate runway, with successful candidates eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) conversion valued up to ₹4.80 LPA upon completion of the internship term.

Key Responsibilities & Analytical Workflows

• Data Sanitation & Ingestion: Gather, scrub, and normalise multi-source raw student and campaign records from digital interfaces, ensuring data integrity and structure.

• Dashboard Architecture & Reporting: Design, update, and distribute operational dashboards and cadence reports using analytical spreadsheets to summarise key platform operations.

• Trend & Metric Dissection: Partner with senior team members to evaluate marketing campaign performance,isolate conversion trends, and map out critical user growth metrics.

• Data-Driven Executive Support: Translate complex database results into clean, verifiable data summaries to assist leadership in making immediate strategic decisions.
