About the Role: Data Analyst Intern (1–3 Month Framework)

MediNex Workforce is seeking a detail-oriented, analytically minded Data Analyst Intern to join its distributed engineering and analytics division in India. This position is structured as a 100% remote, full-time internship spanning a flexible 1 to 3 months, offering a competitive monthly stipend of ₹16,000.

This role is designed to push past standard classroom tutorials. As an intern, you will step onto the front lines of corporate data management—taking raw, unstructured datasets and executing the cleaning, transformation, and validation routines necessary for upstream reporting. From performing rigorous exploratory data analysis to designing interactive reporting canvases, you will directly support internal teams in translating complex metric patterns into clear, actionable summaries for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Data Analytics Workflows

  • Data Wrangling & Pipeline Cleaning: Source, ingest, clean, and structure raw data pulled from multiple disparate repositories, eliminating data redundancies and validating data health.

  • Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct comprehensive exploratory analyses on live datasets to surface underlying trends, performance regressions, and operational growth patterns.

  • Dashboard Engineering & Reporting: Build and deploy interactive, intuitive reports and data visualization dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or modern Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

  • Stakeholder Deliverables: Partner with senior analytical leads to extract key metrics, preparing data-driven presentations and executive summaries for business stakeholders.

  • Process Documentation: Draft, update, and maintain detailed data dictionaries, validation rules, and workflow documentation to ensure long-term data pipeline integrity.

Candidate Prerequisites & Experience Qualifications
