About the Role: Front End Developer Intern (1–3 Month Framework)

MediNex Workforce is seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Front End Developer Intern to join its distributed engineering division in India. This position is structured as a 100% remote, full-time internship spanning a flexible 1 to 3 months, offering a dedicated monthly stipend of ₹15,700.

This role is designed to push past basic boilerplate tutorials. As an intern, you will step onto the front lines of web application construction—transforming static designs and high-fidelity wireframes into responsive, semantic, and highly interactive user interfaces. Under the direct mentorship of senior developers, you will debug browser incompatibilities, collaborate with backend squads to consume APIs, and contribute to production-grade source code that directly impacts the end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities & Front-End Workflows

  • UI Layout & Responsive Development: Assist in engineering fluid, modular, and responsive web layouts that scale gracefully across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.

  • Design-to-Code Translation: Convert abstract wireframes, mockups, and UI assets into functional, clean, and semantic HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript code.

  • API & Backend Integration: Partner closely with backend engineering pods to wire up client-side components with underlying server APIs and data endpoints.

  • Cross-Browser Testing & Debugging: Isolate, diagnose, and resolve frontend UI bugs, visual regressions, and rendering issues across disparate web browsers and physical devices.

  • Codebase Optimization & Maintenance: Support the iterative enhancement, code refactoring, and routine performance maintenance of existing web platforms and landing modules.
