Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions

• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis

• Work closely with business, product, and technology teams to understand data requirements

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations

• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports

• Create and maintain documentation for data processes, reports, and dashboards

• Support business initiatives through data-driven decision-making

• Stay updated with industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of data analysis concepts and statistical fundamentals

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL

• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB

• Basic understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and reporting processes

• Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytics tools is a plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

• Freshers with internships, academic projects, certifications, or portfolio projects in data analytics are encouraged to apply

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, or Python is an advantage

• Understanding of business intelligence concepts and data storytelling

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
