Role & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a key role in understanding business requirements, improving travel-related workflows, and supporting Agile project delivery.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Gather and document business requirements
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Coordinate with product, business, and development teams

Travel Domain Expertise

Candidates should have strong understanding of:

• Flight, hotel, and car booking systems
• GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport
• Reservation systems and booking engines
• Pricing, ticketing, and travel inventory management

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Prepare BRD, FRD, and user stories
• Create process flow diagrams and acceptance criteria
• Support UAT activities and backlog grooming
• Identify process improvements and workflow gaps

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers
• Ensure requirement traceability across the SDLC
• Support sprint planning and Agile ceremonies

Required Skills

To qualify for this role, candidates should have:

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong exposure to Travel, Hospitality, OTA, or Airline domain
• Hands-on experience with GDS systems
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

Additional skills that will be an advantage:

• Experience with APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of CRM systems and booking platforms
• Exposure to AI and digital transformation projects
• Experience working with US or Europe-based clients
