Job Description
The selected candidates will work on finance domain automation projects by analysing business processes and converting manual workflows into automated solutions using tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau.
Candidates will collaborate with clients, IT teams, and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Requirement Analysis
Analyse and review business requirements to convert manual finance processes into automated workflows.
Workflow Automation
Understand existing operational workflows and support automation using Alteryx solutions.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with clients, IT teams, and senior management to identify requirements and track project progress.
User Story Creation
Create user stories, manage prioritization, and support remediation activities.
Squad Collaboration
Participate in squad meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Risk & Compliance Support
Ensure all activities follow organisational risk, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Process Improvement
Evaluate existing controls and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in building and managing complex Alteryx workflows
- Good understanding of Trade Life Cycle across Asset Classes, Derivatives, and Secured Financing Transactions (SFT)
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau
- Strong analytical and data investigation skills
- Experience working with MS Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Visio
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyse large datasets and identify operational issues
