Position Overview

PriceEasy AI is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support Customer Success Managers, streamline client onboarding, and provide post-deployment support.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and prior experience working with international clients in SaaS or client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze business and client data to support decision-making.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Generate project monitoring reports and perform ad hoc analysis.

Client Onboarding & Support

  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers for smooth onboarding.
  • Provide post-deployment troubleshooting support.
  • Handle data-related client queries and business insights.

Business Process Documentation

  • Document workflows and business processes effectively.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge repositories and documentation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, operations, and technical teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and escalations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional BA Functions

  • Conduct root cause analysis for client issues.
  • Perform market and competitor research.
  • Support operational excellence using business insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in SaaS or client-facing environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and BI/Visualization tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with international clients.
  • Strong documentation and workflow management skills.
  • Flexible and proactive mindset.
