Role Overview
Deloitte is hiring a Strategy Analyst / Sr. Analyst for its Real Estate Services (RES) team. This role involves working closely with leadership and global stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, strategic reports, and business solutions that support real estate decision-making.
You will play a key role in analytics, reporting, process optimization, and leveraging Generative AI tools to improve efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Develop insightful reports and dashboards for decision-making
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
2. Strategy & Business Insights
- Support real estate strategy initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis for strategic planning
- Assist leadership in identifying future space and operational needs
3. Visualization & Presentations
- Create visually engaging presentations for leadership
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Develop executive-level reports and deliverables
4. Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Automate reporting using tools like Power Automate, Python, and AI tools
- Maintain SOPs and documentation for workflows
5. AI & Advanced Analytics
- Use Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) for research and reporting
- Apply prompt engineering for better AI-driven outputs
- Build and refine AI-assisted workflows for automation and insights
- Ensure quality control and validation of AI-generated outputs
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Talent, etc.)
- Engage with global stakeholders (US teams)
- Present insights to senior leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Business or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in data analysis & reporting
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
Preferred Skills
- Experience with VBA (Macros), Python, or automation tools
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools and prompt engineering
- Experience working with global teams
