Deloitte is looking for a Business Analyst (AI & GenAI) to bridge the gap between business needs and advanced AI solutions.
You will work closely with AI, Data Science, and Product teams to design and deliver solutions using LLMs, RAG, and modern analytics, helping organizations unlock value from data.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📊 Business Analysis & Requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering
- Create BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Perform gap analysis and feasibility assessments
🤖 AI & Product Development
- Translate use cases into GenAI/LLM solutions
- Work on RAG models, prompt engineering, and evaluation
- Define product roadmap and prioritize backlog
⚙️ Agile & Delivery
- Manage Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, refinement)
- Track progress using Jira/Confluence
- Ensure smooth delivery and release planning
📈 Stakeholder & UAT Management
- Coordinate with business users for UAT and validation
- Communicate risks, progress, and outcomes to leadership
- Drive adoption through training and documentation
🔐 Data Governance & Collaboration
- Ensure data privacy, security, and governance
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams
🧠 Required Skills
💻 Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong Business Analysis toolkit (BRD, UAT, documentation)
- Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office
- Understanding of data governance and analytics

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions

🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business
- MBA is a plus
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product roles

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exposure to vector databases, ML lifecycle, GenAI evaluation
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and frameworks
