PMI is hiring a Business Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making, business insights, and analytics solutions.

You will work on complex datasets, business modelling, and analytics products to identify opportunities and improve business performance—especially in markets where traditional marketing is restricted.

This role combines business analysis, data analytics, stakeholder collaboration, and product development to support strategic growth.

📌 Business Analysis & Strategy

  • Analyze business situations to identify problems, risks, and opportunities
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements
  • Support business growth through data-driven insights

📊 Data & Analytics

  • Work with complex datasets to extract actionable insights
  • Build and manage data foundations for analytics products
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI / Excel

⚙️ Product & Solution Development

  • Design and implement data products and analytics solutions
  • Create functional specifications and system design documents
  • Support business modelling and scenario analysis

🧪 Testing & Quality

  • Develop and execute test plans for analytics solutions
  • Identify and resolve defects with technical teams
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of data products

🤝 Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements and feedback
  • Communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders

🛡️ Data Governance

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance compliance
  • Support best practices in data management and reporting

🧠 Required Skills

💻 Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL
  • Knowledge of Python (preferred)
