Job Role: Junior Data Analyst (GPD)

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be part of the Global Proxy Distribution (GPD) team. The role involves managing proxy voting processes, handling financial data, and coordinating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and send vote instructions to local custodians through channels like SWIFT, email, and online systems
  • Prepare supporting documents such as proxy forms and authorization paperwork.
  • Coordinate with sub-custodians and registries to ensure smooth vote execution.
  • Handle and resolve issues related to rejected or special vote instructions
  • Maintain accurate records of custodian contacts, formats, and delivery preferences
  • Work on internal tools like GPD Manager to manage workflows and track tasks
  • Review reports to ensure accuracy in data processing and ballot generation
  • Assist teams in handling client queries and operational requests
  • Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow processes

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
