Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Monitor and share key business metrics through well-structured organisational dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to create and optimize data pipelines using tools such as DBT (Data Build Tool).
• Perform MIS reporting and data analysis to support various business teams.
• Develop internal trackers, customer mapping reports, product mapping, and team performance insights.
• Conduct regular data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Analyse data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports and client-ready presentations with key insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain customer analytics dashboards to understand behaviour and improve engagement.
• Document data sources and maintain proper records for data visualization and reporting processes.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting by aggregating and summarizing large datasets.
• Contribute to research work, internal analytics projects, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data modelling, and data transformation tools (DBT preferred).
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
