Travel: Domestic and international travel may be required.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and product teams to identify business requirements and transform them into effective technology solutions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth collaboration between business and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Gathering & Documentation

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders

  • Document user stories, functional specifications, and process workflows

  • Maintain clear and structured documentation for development teams

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct stakeholder discussions, interviews, and workshops

  • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams

  • Ensure alignment between project goals and business needs

3. Solution Design Support

  • Assist with solution design and technical requirement analysis

  • Perform gap analysis and impact assessments

  • Create documentation such as:

    • Wireframes

    • Functional specifications

    • Data mapping documents

    • API integration details

4. Agile Product Development

  • Manage and refine the product backlog

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews

  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to ensure smooth project delivery

5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Lead UAT planning and execution

  • Develop test cases and validation scenarios

  • Track and manage defects until resolution

6. Reporting & Business Insights

  • Prepare business cases, reports, and analytical insights

  • Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations

7. Release & Post-Deployment Support

  • Assist with release readiness activities

  • Provide support during post-deployment monitoring and troubleshooting
