Key Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analysing business requirements and supporting the design of automated systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse business requests and determine solutions using automated systems.

  • Define system scope, objectives, and functional requirements based on user needs.

  • Gather and document business and system requirements clearly.

  • Collaborate with programmers and system analysts to design system solutions.

  • Create business specifications and logical flowcharts for system development.

  • Assist with system configuration, testing, and integration processes.

  • Support acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business expectations.

  • Evaluate the feasibility of system enhancements and improvements.

  • Communicate with stakeholders and end users to gather feedback and improve system performance.

  • Assist in resolving application incidents that impact business operations.

  • Prepare documentation such as user manuals, system bulletins, and training materials.

  • Support training sessions for system users and assist with system upgrades.

  • Track and document system changes and functional updates.

Required Qualifications
