Cornerstone OnDemand is hiring an experienced Data Analyst – Enterprise Data Management to strengthen its data governance and quality initiatives across enterprise systems. This office-based opportunity in Pune/Hyderabad is ideal for professionals with 5–7 years of experience working in large-scale data environments.

Job Overview

As part of the Enterprise Data Management team, you will focus on improving data integrity, governance compliance, and master data consistency across business-critical applications. You will collaborate closely with Data Stewards, IT teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders to proactively identify, analyse, and resolve data quality issues.

This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable, accurate, and actionable data across CRM, ERP, and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Enterprise Data Analysis

  • Analyse and interpret large datasets from enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Marketo.

  • Integrate and validate data from multiple sources, including Snowflake.

  • Identify data discrepancies, duplication, and governance gaps.

2️⃣ SQL & Python Development

  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.

  • Develop Python scripts to automate data cleansing and transformation tasks.

  • Ensure performance efficiency and data accuracy across platforms.

3️⃣ Data Governance & Data Quality

  • Support the implementation of enterprise data governance policies.

  • Collaborate with Data Stewards to resolve integrity issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.

  • Establish and monitor data quality standards.

4️⃣ Master Data Management (MDM)

  • Assist in maintaining consistent master data across CRM, ERP, and marketing tools.

  • Support synchronization initiatives to reduce inconsistencies.

  • Contribute to ongoing MDM process improvements.

5️⃣ Reporting & Visualization

  • Develop and enhance dashboards using Tableau.

  • Translate business requirements into insightful reports and KPIs.

  • Present data insights clearly to business and technical teams.

6️⃣ Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Document workflows, governance standards, and analytical methodologies.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the enterprise data lifecycle.

  • Recommend scalable improvements for long-term data excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Data Analyst in an enterprise environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques.

  • Strong scripting experience in Python.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, and Marketo.

  • Strong working knowledge of the Snowflake cloud data platform.

  • Experience working within structured Data Governance frameworks.

  • Ability to collaborate with Data Stewards and cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) best practices.

  • Experience with data integration or data quality tools such as Syncari and Validity.

  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms.

  • Understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration processes.
